My girl ash taught me some new exercises that quickly became my favorite!! It’s fun to switch up your workouts and hit your muscles in a different way! This is why I love collaborating/working out with others because I learn new moves that I wouldn’t try on my own. We did a cable only workout! working 3 upper body and 3 lower body movements as well as abs!

Tricep Extensions (4 sets x 10 reps)
Cable One-Legged Deadlifts (4 sets x 10 reps each leg)
Kickbacks (4 sets x 10 reps each leg)

Abs (3 sets x 15 reps)
Jump Squats (4 sets x until failure)
