Hey guys I know it’s been a while since I posted a routine but here it is.. A full Upper Body Routine!! Great for people who play sports and have to either do strength and condition ing for the sport or lots of leg days!!
All the exercises are below. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Incline Pin Press
Single Arm Floor press
Cable Flye
Rear delt row
Lateral Raise
Dumbbell Incline Row
Neutral Grip Pull ups
Over head tricep ext
E-z bar curls

p.s. REST PERIODS – These should be around 60-90secs between each set/exercise
