20 Hip Thrust
20 Split Squats (each leg)

20 Reverse Lunges (each leg)
20 Curst Squats (each leg)
20 Jump Squats
Rest
Repeat 2-3 more times

Circuit #3:
20 Kickbacks (each leg)
20 Peeing Dog (each leg)
20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
Rest
Repeat 2-3 more times
